The sword was orignally made in the middle east based off its shorter brother the dagger. It was made of bronze and wood.
The physics in the sword is mainly from the person holding the sword he uses kentic mecanical energy to swing the sword and potential gravitational energy pulls down on the sword which causes it to have more of an impact on the person it's getting used against. When the sword is getting made the maker uses potentail chemical and kentic thermal energy to bend and shape
